These website terms apply to preliminary inquiries. A signed service agreement will define the scope, price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and responsibilities for a confirmed case.
MedPlus Tour provides independent, non-clinical coordination. We are not a hospital, clinic, physician, insurer, government agency or visa authority. We do not diagnose, prescribe, select treatment for a patient or guarantee hospital acceptance.
Hospitals and licensed physicians are solely responsible for clinical decisions, informed consent, treatment, discharge and medical follow-up. Transport, accommodation, interpretation and tourism providers remain responsible for their own services.
Preliminary plans, schedules and estimates may change after examination, hospital review, clinical developments, exchange-rate changes or third-party price updates. Hospital charges, MedPlus Tour service fees and other third-party costs will be identified separately where practicable.
Supporting documents may be issued by an eligible hospital when appropriate. Visa approval, entry and length of stay are decided by the relevant authorities. Visitors remain responsible for valid travel documents and compliance with immigration rules.
You must provide accurate information, follow hospital instructions, disclose relevant risks directly to clinicians, obtain suitable insurance where possible and pay agreed charges. Do not rely on this website for emergencies.
Case-specific cancellation and refund rules appear in the signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The specific agreement controls if it conflicts with general website information.
