Tell us your country, language, general goal, preferred timing and whether you are seeking a checkup, specialist review or treatment. Do not send medical records through social media.
If medical review is appropriate, we explain what records may be required and obtain your consent before information is transferred through the agreed channel.
The relevant service platform or participating hospital determines whether the case can be reviewed and which department may be appropriate. MedPlus Tour does not diagnose or select treatment.
When available, you receive the hospital's preliminary information and estimate. MedPlus Tour then provides a separate coordination-service quote and identifies travel or third-party costs.
You decide whether to proceed. If accepted, the hospital or authorized platform may provide supporting documents for a visa application. Visa approval is decided by the relevant Chinese authority.
We coordinate the agreed airport transfer, accommodation, appointment logistics and interpretation arrangements. Medical care is delivered directly by the hospital.
